  • DIME CDR/CMR Archive Recovery — pull historical call records back from CUCM when local retention has lapsed.

Phone Visibility

  • Root-cause correlation flags when a cluster of phones drops registration together from the same network issue, with proactive drop alerting.

  • Live phone audit view — pulls ground-truth data directly from the phone's own web interface, with a visual settings editor.

A new alerting system for call detail records:
