Fix: Registration status in RIS is now authoritative across CUCM versions. The new state reconciler keeps the phone-state ledger in lock-step with CUCM, eliminating the mass "UnRegister" event burst some sites observed after upgrading from earlier release candidates.
Fix: Phone inventory queries no longer crash when loading database-backed phone records.
Fix: Call path search results now include MOS and quality fields needed by downstream reporting.
Fix: Version numbers display as 0.8.6.2 everywhere in the UI and API (previously rendered as 0.8.6+2 in some contexts).
