Call Telemetry changelog

0.8.6.8 Stable Changelog

This maintenance release is available on the stable channel for appliances on the 0.8.6 line.

Enhancements

  • Enhancement: Gather support bundles locally. Collect the logs support needs without leaving the appliance.

  • Enhancement: JTAPI monitored-device views refresh more consistently. Device status pages recover and update more reliably.

  • Enhancement: Greeting playback is more dependable. Policy sync, monitor recovery, and playback handling are steadier across upgrades.

  • Enhancement: More greeting audio variants are recognized. Greeting references now include G.729 and G.722 variants.

New features

  • New feature: Send feedback from the appliance. Open the feedback form directly from the Call Telemetry UI.

  • New feature: Move configuration without a full data export. Export and import configuration-only data for targeted migration and recovery.

Fixes

  • Fix: Save CallManager edits without re-entering unchanged passwords. Stored passwords stay in place when password fields are left blank during an edit.

  • Fix: Custom date ranges follow the selected timezone. CUBE and XCC reports now align requests, charts, and tables to the timezone chosen in the dashboard.

  • Fix: Phone dashboard filters persist while navigating. Remote-control navigation and browser back no longer reset the current filter context.

  • Fix: Phone dashboard details are more complete. Softkey totals for 7945 phones and paging group member details now display more reliably.

  • Fix: One bad CDR upload no longer blocks the rest. A problematic SFTP file is isolated so other CDR imports continue.

  • Fix: Metrics views handle missing data gracefully. System metrics no longer fail when a one-hour average is unavailable.

  • Fix: Upgrades from older appliances are smoother. Dashboard settings migrations are safer when moving from 0.8.5 to the current stable line.
