This maintenance release is available on the stable channel for appliances on the 0.8.6 line.

Call Telemetry 0.8.6.12

This maintenance release improves support/help access, offline and update upgrades, and MOS quality graphs so media-less calls no longer drag averages down. Appliances should pin to 0.8.6.12 (exact version).

Fixed

  • Promote postgres-bitnami-convert.sh (and related install helpers) from the release bundle during Go ct update / ct offline apply, so Postgres Bitnami data-dir repair no longer fails with a missing helper

  • Sync EXTERNAL_IP from /etc/network-environment into .env before offline apply compose restart, so apply no longer fails on missing network vars

  • Stop media-less XCC disconnects from inventing a MOS score (often 1.0), so quality graphs and averages only include calls that actually had media stats

  • Use the native Productlane support widget for in-app help and feedback (no separate custom feedback dialog)

  • Point appliance update changelog links at the support portal
