Fixed

TrueSpam usage timelines and exports now align with the organization timezone, including repeated daylight-saving fall-back hours and legacy timezone names.
XCC disconnects with a missing or zero duration no longer receive a misleading MOS score. Positive-duration calls continue to be scored normally.
Adding or editing webhook headers no longer submits the form unexpectedly, preserving in-progress webhook settings.
Policy requests without an API key now return an authorization response instead of a server error.
After a BIB greeting disconnects, later CTI calls resume policy evaluation and automatic greetings instead of remaining in the previous BIB state.
