Fix: Never-connected CDR timestamps. CUCM dateTimeConnect = 0 serializes as null; CDR History omits connect time instead of rendering 1970-01-01.
Fix: RIS Discovery on Secondary Nodes - which shows up as some phones not registered on the Phone Dashboard.
