Fix: T.38 fax and non-voice CUBE MOS exclusion. T.38 fax and other non-voice CUBE sessions no longer receive voice MOS scores or lower voice-quality scores; voice calls continue to be scored normally.
Fix: Observatory Enter-key filter retention. Column filters retain typed values when applied with the Enter key.
Fix: Exact tag and number matching ignores a single leading + on digit-only numbers.
